 Bailuna has been in my head since 2016, when I actually was planning on opening a brick and mortar boutique after realizing corporate America wasn't for me. It didn't pan out then, and I instead started working for myself, helping other small businesses with social media while growing my own fashion and lifestyle blog.

In late 2019, I realized I was growing tired of the "keeping up with the Joneses" and pressures that came from blogging, and looked for ways to pivot my skillset in digital marketing. It was then I remembered... I wanted to open a shop!

The pandemic obviously affected things for me with both supply chain and finances, so what was supposed to be a mid-2020 launch is now a spring 2021 launch. I truly believe that everything happens for a reason, and that I was meant to use the extra time given to me to truly hone in on what I wanted this company to be for my customers and how to best operate a clothing company within a fashion industry driven by deficit advertising.

To slow the cycle of constantly pushing new inventory, Bailuna will offer monthly capsule collections with a balance of basics and trends curated to wear together or perfectly paid with your existing wardrobe. We also carry vintage finds, extending these items' lifetimes and keeping them out of landfills by giving them a loving home in your closet.
